Affiliate Agreement

By filling out the signup form, you acknowledge that you have read and will comply with the terms and conditions associated with this affiliate program.

 

Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for violation of the following:

Affiliates may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program.

Affiliates must only use supplied links and creative assets offered through this platform

We are a family-run company that is dedicated to early childhood education. As such, any content where our brand is promoted will be in-line with those values. We will not tolerate criticism or comparison of our products to any other brands or competitors.  All content will be in good taste and free of inappropriate language and/or any content promoting bigotry, racism or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age. 

We do not typically accept coupon websites. Loyalty websites are on a case-by-case basis. Coupon/loyalty sites that are promoting invalid coupons and/or codes associated with an approved user within our program are immediately ineligible to participate and any commission upon a sale stemming from a non-approved coupon site will be denied.

Affiliate Links

Affiliates are able to use our links within website, blog, social and/or email marketing efforts. Affiliates can also create search campaigns, with the following guidelines:

Protected SEM Bidding Keywords: US Toy, Constructive Playthings or any variation/misspelling of our trademark terms. 

Negative Matching for Protected Keywords: Required

Prohibited SEM Display URL Content: www.constructiveplaythings.com; www.ustoy.com

Direct Linking (use of display URL): Not allowed
